Bright Hope Run For Hungry Children Announcement

Bright Hope has decided not to continue its Run For Hungry Children event. Lower fundraising and participation levels were primary in making this decision. We are thankful for all those who participated and volunteered at this event, and hope you will continue to help the extreme poor through these upcoming opportunities:

In April, we have been given an opportunity to donate 15,000 hand-powered flashlights to our church partners in Haiti. You can “light up” Haiti by becoming a Bright Hope social media networker and creative media partner. We need everyone you know to get involved in this free online event.  More details will come in March, but “like” us on Facebook at Facebook.com/BrightHopeIntl to get current information.

Coming this fall is an exciting new project, focusing on a single village in Haiti. There will be numerous ways for you and your family to get engaged in fun, hands-on activities to help change lives. We will need 400 Chicagoland families to bring life-transformation to 4,000 Haitians in need.  We hope you will join us in this exciting initiative.  More details to come this summer.

Bright Hope is committed to creating and maintaining family-friendly events to increase awareness and raise funds to help the extreme poor through in-country churches.
